Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items returned after 7 days will not be accepted unless covered by manufacturer warranty.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include: Software that has been opened, downloadable products, gift cards, and personalized/custom-configured items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item
  4. Ship the item back to our showroom or arrange for pickup (pickup fees may apply)

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Mobile Money or bank transfer)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for non-defective returns

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Photographic evidence of the damage may be required.

6. Warranty Claims

Most products sold by IPMC Kart come with a manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year for electronics). For warranty claims after the return window:

  • Contact us with your order details and description of the issue
  • We will coordinate with the manufacturer or authorized service center
  • Warranty terms vary by brand and product category
