Everything merchants ask us.
Do I need a registered business to sell?
No. Sole proprietors can apply with their Ghana Card and phone number. If your business is registered, you can attach your registration certificate to support your application.
How long does review take?
Most applications are reviewed within a few days. You will see clear notes in the portal at every step, and you can always message the review team through your application.
When do my products appear on the site?
After your application is approved and your phone is verified, submit your products. Each listing is reviewed and, once approved, published across the IPMCKart catalog and search.
How are my products labelled for customers?
Your store name travels with every approved product. Checkout and order records show "Sold by [your store name]" so your brand stays visible and customers know who they are buying from.
Does it cost anything to sell?
Not right now. Bringing your inventory is all it takes, and we will keep you informed before any fees are introduced.
Can I edit a product after submitting it?
Yes. While a listing is pending or in review it is locked, but if changes are requested or it is rejected, you can edit it in this portal and resubmit for another review.
