How do I sign up as a merchant?
Submit a merchant application with your business and contact details. Verify your phone number with a one-time code and upload photos of the front and back of your Ghana Card. After your application is approved, you can submit product listings from the merchant studio.
What documents and verification do I need?
You need your legal name, a verified phone number, and Ghana Card front and back photos. If your business is registered, you can also attach your business registration certificate as supporting evidence. Approval requires completed Ghana Card and phone verification.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within a few days. You can follow the application status and reviewer notes in the portal, and update the application if changes are requested.
